About Deirdre

Deirdre Sabo-Frary is a professional dressage rider, trainer, coach, and owner of Deirdre Dressage Equestrian Center in Hutto, Texas.

Her life with horses started early, and the goal has always been clear: to build correct, confident horses and riders through thoughtful training, hard work, and true partnership.

As a USDF Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medalist, Deirdre has spent her career studying the art and science of dressage from every angle. Her background includes riding for Baylor University’s NCAA equestrian team, training in Germany, working with respected breeders and trainers, and developing horses through the levels with patience and purpose.

At Deirdre Dressage, the program is built around one belief:

That means every training decision is made with the horse’s mind, body, and future in mind. Progress matters. Results matter. And they should never come at the cost of trust.

Deirdre works with riders, owners, breeders, and families who want more than a quick fix. They want a real program. One built on correct basics, clear communication, fitness, confidence, and care.

Her approach blends elite dressage training with a deep understanding of the rider as an athlete. As an ISSA Master Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, Deirdre also helps equestrians improve their strength, balance, stamina, nutrition, and mental focus outside the saddle, so they can show up better for their horses inside the arena.

Today, Deirdre continues to train, teach, compete, and build toward her dream of representing the United States at the highest level of sport. Alongside her husband, Jacob, their children, her clients, owners, sponsors, and team, she is creating something bigger than a training barn.

She is building a program where horses are respected, riders are supported, and big goals are pursued the right way.
